1, the classification of micro switch

a. Small

The general dimensions are: length 27.8mm, width 10.3mm, height 15.9mm, and there are different changes in parameters such as high capacity and low load.

b. Ultra-small

The dimensions of this type are 19.8 mm long, 6.4 mm wide, and 10.2 mm high, and they have different functions with high accuracy and long life.

c. Super small

This type of size is: 12.8mm long, 5.8mm wide, and 6.5mm high, and this type has an extra-thin design. In addition, the micro switch can be divided into waterproof type, dustproof type and explosion-proof type according to the protection performance; it can be divided into separate types: single type, double type, multiple type; according to the use environment, there is common type, resistance High-temperature type (250 °C), super high temperature ceramic type (400 °C); divided by breaking capacity, there are: ordinary type, DC type, micro current type, high current type.

3, the use of micro switch precautions

1) When fixing the switch body, use a small M2 screw to fix it on the smooth surface with a torque of 0.098 N·m or less. In addition, it is advisable to use washers at the same time to prevent the screws from loosening.

2) Please note that the operating body should not exert force directly on the button or the exciter in the free state. When using it, the button should be applied in the vertical direction.

3) The action setting after the action is based on the OT value of 70 [%] or higher. In the case of a switch, do not set the operating body to the operating limit position, so as to avoid shortening the life due to the opening and closing and the overstroke accompanying the shock.

4) In the case of hand soldering, use an electric temperature of 320°C with a temperature adjustment to complete the job within 3 seconds, and be careful not to apply force to the terminal part during operation.

5) When using under a small current and voltage, it is recommended to use a low-power circuit type.
